DAY 1
Chamundi Hills
A sacred landmark and a popular tourist destination in Mysore, the hills house the divine temple of Chamundi at its peak. Trekkers can climb the 1000 steps, while others can take the scenic road to the temple.

Mysore Palace
The primary attraction in Mysore, the palace, is at the city’s centre. Built-in Indo-Saracenic style, the architectural marvel showcases rich history and culture.

Jagan Mohan Palace
Currently serves as a gallery and museum. The former holds over 2000 paintings of various Indian and Western styles. The museum displays ancient war weapons, ammunition, coins, board games and musical instruments.

St. Philomena’s Cathedral
The second largest Cathedral in Asia, its architecture is similar to that of the Cologne Cathedral in Germany. The church also holds the remains of St. Philomena, a Greek princess.

Brindavan Gardens
A 60-acre garden ideal for families, couples and kids. With a serene ambience in the evening, the garden is the perfect place to end your day.

Karanji Lake
A beautiful park, a walk-through aviary, and a butterfly garden surround the beautiful lake. Visitors can enjoy boating and take their children to the nearby children’s park for some fun activities.

Tipu’s Summer Palace & Tomb
Also called Daria Daulat Bagh, it is an architectural beauty with walls covered in paintings and the top floor serving as a museum. Opposite the palace, is the tiger striped tomb or Gumbaz that holds the graves of Tipu Sultan and his parents.
